Shipping
All items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I make it a priority to respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours, so please keep this in mind when waiting for a reply.
The High Desert Vaquera is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges due to incorrect details will be the customer’s responsibility.
The High Desert Vaquera is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please note that once it’s handed over to USPS, it’s in their care. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly. The High Desert Vaquera is unable to refund or replace items in these cases.
For orders of $200 or more, a signature will now be required upon delivery!
If you choose to cancel an order once the shipping label has been printed, the shipping fee will NOT be refunded. If your order has already been brought to the post office, you are not able to cancel your order.
Returns
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact thehighdesertvaquera@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a picture, and a description of the issue.
The item must be returned within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All sale items, including jewelry, clothing, apparel, books, accessories, and apothecary products (body care, wellness, home, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you return an item, store credit will be issued. However, store credit will only be provided once the item has been returned to The High Desert Vaquera. Please note, store credit expires at the end of the year. Returned items must be in NEW condition with tags still attached. This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, free of pet hair, stains, or any makeup or deodorant marks. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you, and you’ll be required to cover the shipping costs.
Any orders that are placed and later requested to be canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee. If a shipping label has already been printed, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please note, if you forget to use a discount code for a percentage off your order, The High Desert Vaquera is not responsible and will not issue a refund for the discount.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your return once I’ve received it. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Be sure to include a note with your package that includes your name, address, email, and a description of your request.
