Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

All items ship in 1-2 business days, orders made Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. I respond to all email requests within 24 hours. Please keep this in mind when you're expecting a response.  

The High Desert Vaquera is not responsible for invalid information given by the customer. Any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customer's responsibility. 

The High Desert Vaquera is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number says "delivered" and you have not received your package, The High Desert Vaquera is NOT responsible.  Once your package is dropped off at the USPS, the package is in their hands. If your package is lost or stolen please contact the USPS. The High Desert Vaquera is NOT responsible for refunding or replacing items if packages are stolen/lost.

Orders $200 or more will now require a signature at delivery!

If you choose to cancel an order once the shipping label has been printed, the shipping fee will NOT be refunded. If your order has already been brought to the post office, you are not able to cancel your order. 

Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact thehighdesertvaquera@gmail.com within 3 business days after receiving the item. Please include the order number, picture and description of the problem. 

The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.  Return shipping is the customers responsibility and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

All jewelry (Not handmade by The High Desert Vaquera), shoes, sale items, accessories and home decor are final! No returns or exchanges on these items. 

If you return an item, store credit will be offered. However, store credit will not be provided until the item has been returned back to The High Desert Vaquera. Store credit expires at the end of the year! Items must be returned in NEW condition with tags still attached. This means the item must be returned without stains, unworn, unwashed, odor free, pet hair free, and must not have deodorant or makeup on it. If the returned item is found in the above condition, the item will be returned back to you and you will be required to pay the shipping. 

Any orders that are placed and then asked to be canceled will result in a 5% cancellation fee, if the shipping label has already been printed the shipping fee will NOT be refunded. If the order has already shipped, the order can not be canceled. If you forget to use a code for a percentage off your order, you will not be refunded the money, The High Desert Vaquera is not responsible for this. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for me to process your return once I have received it. Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.  Please include a note in your package with your name, address, email and description of what you are requesting.
